Fleetwood Mac is the tenthe studio album by the British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released in 11 July 1975 by Reprise Records (MSK 2281) and features only Mick Fleetwood and bassist John McVie on the cover. It was the bands second of only two albums named Fleetwood Mac, the other being their 1968 debut album. This is the first album to feature Lindsey Buckingham as guitarist and Stevie Nicks as vocalist, after Bob Welch departed the band in 1974 to be part of the power trio Paris.
The album reached number one on the Billboard 200 over a year after entering the chart, spent 37 weeks in the top 10, and more that 15 months within the top 40 of the 200. Three top twenty singles came from the album: “Over My Head”, “Rhiannon” and “Say You Love Me”, the last two fell just short of the top 10th position, both at No. 11.
In 2018 Fleetwood Mac was certified 7X Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). In 2003 it was ranked No. 182 on the Rolling Stones Magazine's list of 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.
